General Return policy

  • For a return to be accepted, it must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items are inspected on return. ln order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn and in the same condition you received them.
  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund or exchange, and we may have to send it back to you (at your cost). We highly recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.
  • For international orders where the issue is not related to product quality but stems from customers' personal reasons, we have a return policy that typically does not allow for such returns. We kindly request our customers to carefully verify their orders upon placing them to avoid any inconveniences.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • Please be aware that any return made to an address other than the one provided by lilywei, or to the address on the original shipping package, cannot be received by us and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

1. Please first email customer service at lilyweishoes@gmail.com with needed information.

2. We'll reach out to you with instructions after we receive your return request.

3. Place your item(s) into the original packaging.

4. Drop off the package to an eligible shipping station. Or send the parcel with the carrier of your choice to the return address.

5. We will process your return as soon as we receive it.

HOW TO ISSUE A REFUND AFTER I RETURN THE ITEM(S)?

Refund will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.

Refunds:

The refund time will depend on the payment method you used for your order.

PayPal refunds: 3 business days.
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges:

It will take up 3 business days for us to arrange the reshipment for you.

For other region orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns and exchanges for orders shipped to other countries or regions. Nevertheless, we assure you that our products undergo thorough quality checks before they are dispatched. Furthermore, we recommend measuring your foot size accurately and consulting our size chart before purchasing. This will ensure that you choose the appropriate size and avoid any inconvenience.

Postage:

If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please send us an email attached with a clear photo of the item so that we can verify the issue. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
